Well, it seems like the distribution of AMD's RX 9070 GPUs among board partners might be biased, as Team Red divided AIBs into two groups.

It makes sense that AMD-only AIBs such as PowerColor would get preferential treatment.

PowerColor’s Red Devil brand is relatively well known.
