You forgot, can come up with the big ideas on where to dig
that’s management material right there :)
Can think up new ways to dig despite the current methods of digging are already sufficient and no one asks for it.
Cost the company 1 mill to hire digging consultants who come up with a team building activity and ultimately lower efficiency with a biometric access lock to the shovel that never works
Shovel also actually becomes e-waste in 5 years after the company running it goes under.
I don’t make people dig, I source people who like to dig and I help them to dig together as a team and develop themselves to be better diggers.
