Is Pikachu my favorite Pokémon? Yes. It’s also why I still play Pikachu EX decks hahaha.
I’m not sure I have a favorite pokemon but I definitely love the artwork for some of them. I try not to peek at the set lists too much because I like being surprised by the pulls like I would be IRL but that golden Pokeball is already calling my name… Lots of stuff I’m excited for in this pack.
This is my favorite pack so far I think. Maybe it’s all the shinies or maybe I’m just getting recency biased.
The meta busting in this pack is awesome. That’s reason alone to love it IMO.
I haven’t been super following meta - are there any cards I should look to use instead of the “standard” Zapdos + Pikachu (MI) + Raichu (GI) + Pikachu EX (GI) deck for ranked?
Run one Cyrus and one Sabrina as well
Nothing specific really but everything moves faster now. There’s a lot more support for energy generation and healing for multiple deck types now instead of just a couple OP options. Playing through the pve content there’s some pretty interesting combos.
