Well, the German government and it’s lackeys have been trying very hard to criminalise nonviolent civil protest like “Letzte Generation”. Whose entire goal, mind you, is civil disobedience within the constitutional framework (!)
They have been treating it worryingly close to the communist guerilla insurgency during the cold war (RAF). Using the same law to criminalise “Letzte Generation” as with the RAF (the law originally was made to be able to prosecute e.g. Mafia bosses who have nothing particularly incriminating about them except of being part of a “criminal organisation”)
