I just switched to SimpleX from telegram due to privacy concerns. Good to see data wasn’t leaked to any requestors yet.
I am sure simplex will provide the data they can in any jurisdiction where they have legal presence when ordered by the court.
That’s just how these things work.
Real question is what can they actually produce and what they can technically even collect if order to do so.
