Probably not. Nintendo has gotten quite expensive.

My Switch is homebrewed so I already download the few games I want.
I’ll buy one if the geniuses out there manage to crack it so I can use it the way I want.

Hell no. I’m not paying $80-90 per game, no matter how many people unearth pictures of games before they were born in an attempt to rationalize spending staggering amounts of money on a console and five short games.

BG3 at $60 is the bar for me. Nintendo is bigger than Larian by orders of magnitude, so there’s no excuse.

    It’s not worth it.

You’re better off just getting the 1st Switch, an buying offline single player games that you know you’ll be able to play sustainably for as long the console lasts.

On the Switch2 it’s $450 you probablly, will have to pay for the online, games are ‘atleast’ gonna be $80 and $90 Don’t even buy this just to play Splatoon 4 at this price. You’l have to pay for online ontop of all of this.

The tech demo for the console, you have to pay a separate for. Are you kidding me? with a $450 console? Is it even worth $450 with the specs it is offering? How does the Switch 2 compare with the Xbox Series S? If the Series S is a more powerful and cheaper console, that’s looking more appealing than the Switch 2. On Xbox the Series S is looked at as lower end.

It’s a tough sell. Plus the game cost?

I don’t know if it’s wise, but I think I’m holding out for OLED.

    My Wii still works.

I bought Switch I solely for BOTW and was happy to get TOTK as a bonus.

Publish games with similar impact and intrusion, and then the answer will be Yes.
