The Ontario government’s bid to remove three major Toronto bike lanes has been put on pause after a temporary injunction has been granted by Justice Paul Schabas.
This is just an injunction to prevent them from removing the lanes before the Charter challenge is heard. No decision has been made yet, so no need for them to change their tack.
Right but during previous court challenges of multiple laws Ford would bombast about notwithstanding pretty much right off the bat. I expected some bullshit like that again.
