The Norwegian Armed Forces are installing birdhouses nationwide as part of their climate and environmental strategy to promote biodiversity. This initiative supports vulnerable species and enhances natural habitats in military areas without compromising operational capability. During the launch at Akershus Fortress, Chief of Defense Eirik Kristoffersen emphasized that while no one can do everything, everyone can do more.
