No, all I know is smash and pinch, neither one works it just oozes. Even if there’s no real sauce it will ooze somehow.
You do the bit of water inside the folding edge before smosh and peench maneuver? Kinda like licking the edge of an envelope?
It is fun, i used to do it as a kid
