Yuuki Wakura watches as dueling supernatural forces ravage the Earth. Mato are portals to another dimension, avenues from which dangerous monsters escape. Peaches are resources given to women granting them abilities. Chief of the Seventh Unity of the Anti-Demon Corp, Kyouka Uzen arrives to save Yuuki from a monster. Surprisingly, Yuuki holds the power to increase the Peaches effectiveness. But to save the world, Yuuki must be willing to become Kyouka’s servant both on the battlefield and at home.

        I was really lukewarm on the first season, because it just didn’t live up to my expectations coming from the manga…

        But HanaKana talking down to everyone, playing a character in a position of absolute authority and dominance?

        Plus I just remembered she’s going to have a ton of great reward scenes due to borrowing Yuuki.

          So far I am actually into it. I do like it. It’s a little outlandish in the fan service over all. I find it hilarious but in general it’s interesting. So it’s Ren Yamashiro. I guess she shows up in episode 12. Oh my. Don’t tell me anything lol.

            Season 1 really doesn’t live up to the manga, unfortunately.

            It just doesn’t deliver on the OPM level art and action. The ecchi aspects mostly survive the adaptation, and the VAs are great. But what really makes the manga for me is the story and fights, so I’m hoping S2 will step up the production quality as we get further into the story.

                It’s legitimately the only ecchi series I follow. While the sexy art is a big reason I like it, it’s the only one I keep coming back to read more of, because it also pulls off great characters, great worldbuilding and great story. Plus on top of all that, top tier art, and truly impactful, awesome, action sequences.

        She’s going to be great. I have watched way too many series just because HanaKana took on an interesting role in them.
