The inventor of TS no longer has inventory to sell. The cheaper version (under $20) can be found on Amazon TS, and the titanium ones approx $100 is at bawrpro TS
I recently started using a TS and it is exactly what I needed. At first I was afraid I would lose it in my urethra but it’s surprisingly easy to use with a little finagling.
