if you can outbid crypto bros for the meme go right ahead but just know the current price is already too much for the tankies to even consider contesting so you’re not hurting them in anyway they haven’t already hurt themselves.

iirc the admins and users from hexbear already moved to another platform (not lemmy), this is just what 1 admin decided to do some time before that ‘split’ happened (again, the majority already moved out)

The tankies in this instance are Hexbear who would get the domain back when the Onion wins the bid and a corrupt judge disallows it.
