I’m intrigued by the idea of a piercing-enforced (e.g., Prince Albert) chastity cage. There are two reasons for this. One, the inescapability (ouch!). Two, the idea of using a ringless device that I could, in theory, achieve 24/7 cage wear with.

There are drawbacks to a urethral piercing, like peeing and the vulnerability to injury. I wear a Cherrykeeper cage, and I couldn’t if I got a PA - I’d need a special, much more expensive cage. I also question whether a PA fistula could support the weight of a plastic resin cage long-term. I’m a grower vs a shower, and I wonder if that makes a PA (cage) more challenging.

So, I’ve been wearing my Cherrykeeper (which doesn’t integrate any piercing and uses a ring base [as is standard]) more to see how satisfying it can be if I attempt to wear it more regularly (removal only for cleaning would be optimal). Right now, I don’t sleep with my cage on. I clean it and put it on after showering in the morning and then wear it till just before bed time. When outside the home, I’m learning to position it better for when I’m sitting (it tugs) and to go to the bathroom more often to apply lube around the cage if it hurts.

One thing I like about my Cherrykeeper is that it’s got a pretty large and well-positioned slit for peeing. Peeing at a urinal isn’t usually too bad. I did so in a crowded university washroom, knowing that if someone did look at my cock they might see my pink and white cage. Being out in public in chastity feels so right 🥰

Yes. I’ve used a frenum piercing for over 10 years and it works fine if the cage fit is correct. With a plastic cage it’s never a problem. The only issue I have with the titanium one is that it will slip a little due to all the extra weight.
