    There’s lots of regulation in this area. You can’t legally just give medical advice and then say “but consult a doctor” at the end. Same as you can’t give legal advice and say “but consult an attorney” at the end.

          Is it a corporation, or will it be blamed on just the mistake of an AI, or something else? I don’t trust society’s track record for holding corporations accountable.

            Society doesn’t have to. Medical malpractice is a huge industry that individuals are often involved in. There’s already case precedent for this sort of thing.
