Hey everyone, I just migrated from Reddit so I have a question: who’s actually here using this, and where do you cook?
I’m currently at a hospital in the states, and it’s the best cooking gig I could have asked for.
Decent pay, consistent schedule, the best benefits ever, (most of us cooks have to cash out PTO because we accumulate so much), and some of the easiest shifts I’ve worked.
Working in Europe, small kitchen with just a handful of cooks. It’s crazy busy, but we have gotten a union based contract, so that’s nice. Wouldn’t know what else to do, though I am getting older.
