I haven’t taken lexapro yet but I plan on trying some sort of medication soon. Its good to hear reading fiction has helped you. I think spending alot of my free time reading articles after articles about war and genocide throughout history has lead me to feeling nutso. Because really knowing all of this doesnt help anyone as Im not a youtube essayist or anything, and Im just ranting at the sky in my head.
