Some of them are good and somewhat consistent, especially if you start to know the employees. So people get used to getting their coffee somewhere and then see the same place somewhere else and assume the experience will be good.
Personally I think it’s all a waste of time. But I have poor taste and will drink stale black coffee… So my opinion probably isn’t important.

Yeah, there is a whole LOMA (Letter of Map Adjustment) process. However it’s super confusing, and I am 95% sure I will have to hire a land surveyor for 1-2k to get it done, due to no recent maps of the area.
