How bad would you feel if I told you he made this with his feet? Also, how impressive?
Well. I hope this community is met with good intentions. I wanted to make a self-improvement community, but the one that exists is void, and their intentions were only for it to be people posting with their experiences and asking for advice. I wanted to make a decide to be better community as I used to use on reddit, there was one but also dead as a community, and more for experiences and advice. This community was originally an idea for resources only, but seeing the other communities unused, I decided to expand to advice. Mental health community exists but they don’t have anyone posting resources, maybe there is a pinned post but I want to open this community to both resources AND support. And sharing how you overcame your struggle. And then I expanded it to all aspects of self improvement. Anyone can post diet/nutrition, physical health, financial tips articles, career etc resources and advice or ask for it. However any written advice that is not a link to another source, should be met with caution and critical thinking, in hopes of good faith.
I will be sure to remove any trolls or negative comments. There is a rule about positivity only when replying and content/trigger warnings required when necessary. If anyone would like to be a mod let me know.
No, what about in horror films when the tension rises, the soundtrack and effects sometimes give the ‘surprise’ away in suspenseful screens. Less about how it feels and more about predictability. The best ones have very little backing and only subtle sound effects until something is actually happening.
Only in a motorized wheelchair, at least that is what people have been charged with. Could not find an example of manual wheelchair DUI, yet article says you can in any wheeled vehicle, such as a wheelchair or bike. One of several sources for confirmation, USA. https://www.findlaw.com/legalblogs/criminal-defense/yes-you-can-get-a-dui-in-a-wheelchair/
Note: and I would imagine these people had to be visibly, obviously and arguably endangering others, I wouldn’t expect to see a cop stop someone in a motorized wheelchair randomly just to test them and charge them.
Sorry to tell you but American platforms/forums are as bad, if not worse. Anytime I say something that can be picked apart and destructively critiqued–it will be. There is no immune place, aside from a community or platform that only accepts positivity and removes or bans negative comments etc.
