The guy had practically unlimited money. He could have paid a world class doctor to clean his bathroom every week while giving health advice and playing the guitar at the same time.
I know people who are well off, have serious health issues and spend a lot of effort to go to doctors who are experts in their fields. I’d say part of the problem is that most doctors are really bad with humans.
At some points, people are adults and allowed to make their own bad decisions
Which is funny: Hey, you’re now under surveillance for being straight! What, you’re gay? Hey you’re now under surveillance for being gay!
Of the three trans people I know IRL, all of them are in a (from the outside) stable, monogamous relationship. The only poly people I know are cis-het.
Let’s consider that bias influences what we see and want to see.
