If you take strattera you probably won’t need any other stimulants. Strattera also works a bit more like a anti-depressant (AD), so make sure you start with the lowest possible dose, take it consistently like an AD, and increase dosage if needed. Ensure you always have at least two weeks of your minimum dose in order to cycle off if you need. Like ADs it’s sorta bad time if you stop suddenly. You may or may not need to take Wellbutrin (bupropion) simultaneously as an AD, but Wellbutrin is easy to go on/off so play it by ear. I recommend cycling off the Strattera 1-3 times a year if you can to give your nervous system a break for like a month or so.

Decrease alcohol intake wherever possible. Wellbutrin should already help with cravings somewhat. For alcohol you can take DHM which will negate alcohol almost entirely. Take before and during when you may be drinking.
