16 days agoHonestly in Germany, the salary is good to great, as all companies and institutions need to catch up 20 years of slept-on advancements and the stability is also good to great for the same reason.

Compared to the US the pay may be worse, but compared to the median salary, even entry-level IT jobs pay good.
