Not really, several phones (bootloader) can be unlocked, but only the pixel and very few others can be relocked… That is important for maximum physical security.

Unfortunately many Mullvad endpoints are blocked and slowed down too.

That is a great success for the GrapheneOS team. Proving they can provide a very secure operating system for everyone.
