11·14 days agoYSK: it’s better to be cleaning with chemicals/liquids you won’t have to then clean up with other chemicals/liquids.
Stuff like Alcohol or Naptha which evaporate and don’t leave yet another residue to remove.
Same reason I don’t use goo-gone either.

31·19 days agoSomething typical of videos recorded in slow motion on iOS: the first and last few seconds record regular speed. Maybe that’s what you’re seeing.
It’s really annoying when you try to record something in slow-mo capture and forget to let it record a little longer.
I’ve showed my mother things like this once and she was very not at all excited at the idea of one in our kitchen.
41·23 days agoCVS bought Rite Aid and is closing the location I get my RXs from. Knowing the monopoly they have over their customer base, I’m going to transfer my rxs to a competitor after the store closes later this summer rather than go to their target location. They own a fucking health insurance company, Aetna, ffs.
Sucks that John Candy had to go and die. 😢
