Ok, assume that he is not a moron (I know, difficult).

If he really believes that good nutrition is a defense against disease. I have to assume he is massively stepping up funding for getting “good nutrition” into the population…right

We aren’t ready to be the center of attention yet.

It still costs real money to maintain the infrastructure; so even if the power was always free; you would still have to pay something to cover the maintenance costs.
