Not a dumb question at all. A foreign adversary could be behind this for all we know. Since the protest is in DC, Trump can and will send in troops. People will probably be killed.

If they were capable of thinking critically, they wouldn’t be Republicans in the first place.

Dems can capitalize on Republican cowardice by holding their own town halls in nearby districts where R politicians can’t be bothered to show up. Bernie and a few others have already started doing this.
