bonjour@mander.xyzto Pizza@lemmy.world•Sourdough pizza from tonight. Bloody massive, bloody delicious.English3·4 days agoWoah, bloody massive for real.
Similar, but i guess i might have an older version of this one:
https://www.effeuno.biz/en/negozio/easy-pizza-pro-en/p134h-509-copia/
At least mine is also called p134h, the “p134h 450”. It does not have the fancy digital stuff, just two knobs on the side.
Max about 13" i guess, stone is a bit wider than 13.5".
Crunches a little, yes. Very happy how the bottoms turn out, that stone (and oven really) i have works wonders. I have a effeuno electrical pizza oven with the “biscotto” stone.
Yeah… i guess. I also do that one, but this one here is my attempt at how margherita is being sold in Germany 😁 Usually oregano and also gouda or something, not mozza. There are of course places where they use mozza or you can ask for mozza, but default is most likely some other cheese. It’s the Pizza i’ve been socialized with, i like it, and i think it fits better with garlic (which i had used too).
It’s not the same Pizza, but the bottom looks somewhere along those lines,:
Cheese is a mix of gouda and fresh mozza. Herbs are dried oregano.
Fingers crossed that the rats won’t go get 'em.
Yeah, I am pretty sure I saw some kind of fly creep under its wing and it was itching for a bit already before I started filming.
bonjour@mander.xyzOPto Bicycle Touring and Bikepacking@lemmy.world•Buongiorno SardegnaEnglish1·9 days agoIf you actually try the plugin, after setting up the brouter engine profile, you most likely want to uncheck the “use fastest route” option in osmand, that always seems to be activated and i always forget to uncheck it when i set it up new.
bonjour@mander.xyzOPto Bicycle Touring and Bikepacking@lemmy.world•Buongiorno SardegnaEnglish1·9 days agoI love the brouter app, have you had a look at the profiles and the configurability. I thought it used to be much better than alternatives, but they might have caught up, I just kept using this one for a long time. There is also an android plugin for osmand and some other apps, so I can use the same routing on the go, it routes much faster than osmand internal engine and I like that I have the identical routing to what I have planned.
But i guess the best routing is the one where you know how it works and know about the flaws etc.
But yeah trip is over, back at work.
bonjour@mander.xyzto camping@sh.itjust.works•Moment to myself, lakeside in FinlandEnglish13·9 days agoTent sauna, huh. You seem to have figured it ou, haha.
bonjour@mander.xyzOPto Bicycle Touring and Bikepacking@lemmy.world•Buongiorno SardegnaEnglish2·10 days agoCheaper only inland i guess, those were really budget options for Olbia and Cagliari. And yes, trip over, no punctures nor any other bike maintenance done. It says something like “don’t go there with tubed tires” on BP, i guess there were a few thorny plants but i feel a bit like this is being a bit over dramatized (same for the altravesur route). TBF i did not ride them both completely, so i just might have luckily avoided the sections where i would have got punctures from all the thorns but i don’t really believe it. My rims are not made for tubeless so even if it might be possible to make it work somehow, maybe, i don’t really want to mess with it.
Stintino looks pretty great! I wanted to take a train from Cagliari to Sassari and ride around that corner of the island too, but the train is currently not going there due to construction, so i didn’t. For the rock doves, haha, apparently there is a colony around here:

Anyway Capo Caccia, that’s a rock dove spot apparently.

Also interesting that the wishes of consumers are apparently to be prioritized over those of creators.
bonjour@mander.xyzOPto Bicycle Touring and Bikepacking@lemmy.world•Buongiorno SardegnaEnglish2·10 days agoI did not stay at any agriturismo, i kept it wild (lots of great spots to be found, super easy to do) and official camping (The tip for camping Theleme in Ulassai from BP was in deed very good, very nice place and good atmosphere), took a 65€ room in Cagliari in a hotel, although there would have been cheaper b&b options but they didn’t get back to me quick enough, in Olbia i paid 55 for a really nice b&b, b&b terranova (it said and still says 70€ on google maps, but it was 55). So i guess b&b is what you want to look for, they all had shared bathrooms, but only a couple rooms, so really no big deal. All had a place for the bike too.
At the highest point of the BP route
bonjour@mander.xyzto Fedigrow@lemmy.zip•Content jacking/reposting is a problem on Lemmy.English71·11 days agoI guess, in some scenarios, but that is not what i was talking about here really. Also “even if asked to please stop it”.
bonjour@mander.xyzto Fedigrow@lemmy.zip•Content jacking/reposting is a problem on Lemmy.English52·11 days agoAre you ok? What does the PSA i posted to do with any of this?
Maybe a better context would be this:

bonjour@mander.xyzto Fedigrow@lemmy.zip•Content jacking/reposting is a problem on Lemmy.English91·11 days agoThey are reposting, within minutes, the original content other users provide, with the intention to reduce the interaction they might be getting, even if asked to please stop it. How is that ok, honestly i don’t get how you guys can think that way?
I have never spent time in a social media setting where people like this were tolerated.
bonjour@mander.xyzto Fedigrow@lemmy.zip•Content jacking/reposting is a problem on Lemmy.English32·11 days agoThat was a joke, i have not seriously accused them of anything.
Yes. And an on-off button.
