I seem to remember a few years ago the US was throwing a tantrum and refusing to appoint people to the WTO because China was trying to use it to get amerikkka to actually follow its own trade rules
Mushrooms are good but I don’t hold with this therapy angle. Just go take em in the woods.
The so-called “Open Source Initiative” was, by the way, also part of the capitalist suppression of the GNU ideology.
Of all the things to be obnoxious about, caring about freedom is a pretty good one.
That specific quote is fake, but it’s a basically accurate summary of his views re:GNU/Linux
I’m starting to wonder if categorizing all media and art as content has made us devalue it and if calling everything slop is the natural progression of a world that doesn’t value art.

The humans are actively in the process of genociding/xenociding the Portiids when the Portiids use the nanovirus on them.
Suggesting communism as a cure for arachnophobia is, frankly, deeply unserious.
That said, once the Portiids gets the humans to stop xenociding them, the Portiids and Humans spend the rest of the series doing Star Trek style IDIC communism across the stars.
Calling this all eugenicist is very silly.

That button was announced January 2024.
I think the first Linux I installed was probably Ubuntu somewhere around 5.04-6.06, I would have been about 15 at the time.
Time is the first one. Calling it eugenicslop is an aggressive refusal to understand the text
I dunno which is best but the only one I’ve ever been able to get into is Stellaris because the others’ starting states overwhelm me instantly.
