This can swing both ways as Pakistan has historically taken US money but also gone rogue when it came to instances of existential crisis (like their nuclear program). Right now, the fall of Iran’s current regime will not be something Pakistan favors at all.
Another note: Pakistan officially follows the US sanctions on Iran, but smuggles a ton of Iranian oil everyday through the Balochistan border. They have closed the borders since the attack so that is paused currently and the military is not happy about it.
