This is tough, because even though you are charging your tenants the exact amount of your minimum mortgage payment, you are still earning equity in an appreciating asset-- eventually you will be able to turn their rent payments into profits. Now, in my opinion, your level of exploitation is very low, and barely worth considering at all.

The left should focus on real problems that matter to people in material ways. The right wants to make major cultural battles over some tiny fraction of people. They don’t “engage with these issues”, they create them. If you feel the need yo constantly defend yourself from every manufactured right wing outrage, you have already lost. By engaging, you legitimize their narrative. Focus on improving peoples’ lives in measurable ways.

It isn’t as if I ordered the world this way. If you can name another country that is a greater threat to the world, I’d be surprised.

The idea that Zelensky should owe the US anything is darkly hilarious. The US has been using this war to further its own geopolitical aims, without regard for Ukrainian lives. “Pay us back for the privilege of being a sacrificial pawn of US foreign policy”. Gross.
