This is true and wont change when Trumps gone either to be honest. The right wing of the US is closer to Russia’s right wing than any european party and also far divorced from the rest of Americas wants. So long as Fox news keeps pushing them toward fascism they’ll vote for the next fascist weather its Trump or not. Her reference here is certainly more of a turn of phrase but the fact that shes defending pop culture references as communication while accusing of gatekeeping is what’s more hypocritical. Especially since her reply isn’t the title of an actual article.
