I couldn’t get an ID for awhile because the state wanted two qualifying pieces of mail but literally all my utilities did paperless billing. I also HAD to unlock my credit so the electric company could validate my identity which means I had to mail the credit card company a letter. Then the DMV fined me or not registering my vehicle on time.
