I couldn’t tell, but apparently Reddit sleuths did their zooming and such and it’s an imperial military regiment doing some extermination on the outer rim.
It could be wrong it is from after all.

Just some pathetic cis white boy from Canada’s worst province who never amounted to much of anything. Work in a grocery store that is mostly okay, but don’t make enough to live off so I’m resigned to just trying to not cry too much every day. I have a partner I dearly love.

John Green is slightly less annoying, and mostly seems to stay in his lane, but Hank green is totally insufferable because the dude will not ever accept that he could be wrong about something. The thing he refuses to budge on? Liberalism won’t save the planet. Legitimately thought Biden’s plans for climate were going to begin the solution, and couldn’t see how it was the end game for Democrats, that was it. They weren’t doing anything afterwards they spent too much political capital putting forward something that did next to nothing to solve the problem and failed to address the root cause of climate change (oil and gas extraction which continued to climb under Biden).
I’m sure there is more from both of them but that’s what drove me insane listening to their crap.
I was mostly ambivalent towards him until the america pox video, but that definitely turned me off since I had at least two history professors spend lectures talking about how bad guns germs and steel was as a book and threatened to kick out anyone who used it as a source for their classes.
I also briefly listened to his podcast and as smug as he comes off from YouTube, it is controlled compared to his actual real life bullshit. Listen to him decry people who keep mementos of things from their lives and shame his wife for wanting to put pictures of things she likes. This utilitarian only wants things in his life that he actually uses, and I’d be shocked if he hasn’t been divorced at this point for his avoidance of all connections to emotions. He also shilled tesla cars alot, weird he didn’t do any due diligence on Elon and just wanted a cool computer car regardless of who was making it.
Also he would constantly complain that people are too hard him so he takes longer to verify his content is accurate but then his video is always just one source as mentioned and he’s just summarized it. Why did that take 8 months of effort? I hate him as well.
Smight is mostly a twitch streamer, but he posts all his stuff to YouTube. He’s the creator of the Arcade Pit, a internet gameshow where contestants play old games answer trivia and generally have fun with games.
Super friendly to the trans community, the pit crew recently hosted a marathon to raise money for trans causes, and many of the guests on the show are often trans as well, with the co-host being Emily Aster an awesome trans lady.
So tune in every Sunday evening at 8pm EST for the arcade pit live. Smight has not missed a show in over 15 years or something insane. His channel is twitch.tv/smight

This is the true enterpreneul spirit.English3·12 days agoIn my day you had to build your toy out of Legos or kinetix. Now they were soft on my generation because we should’ve been expected to melt and mold the plastic pieces ourselves so we really would be building our own toys. That’s what was denied us. The value of child labour so we could understand what a days work was worth.
I’m vaguely interested since the weirdo head writers have left the company so maybe the satire will be a bit better (press x to doubt) and I sort adore their horrible gameplay, so I’m probably going to ask for it for Christmas or birthday and see if I can goof off for a few dozen hours.

But life as we know it is certainly at risk of extinction, especially considering our current plan to do nothing hasn’t done the trick. But what are we going to do? Make less money?

Oh I’m being told my province has sold all the water rights to Nestle. For like no money at all. Fuck.

I’ve pulled at most of the obvious threads and now it seems like it’s mostly fairly esoteric puzzles that I might just look up guides online for. But I think I’m going to try and solve the sanctum puzzles and the 8 realms map first. It’s slow going these days though usually only get about a day or two done in a session before I feel overwhelmed by it all.
I’m unwinding with towerborne, it’s a beat em up by stoic, made Banner saga, and while it’s nowhere near as interesting as banner saga, it’s fun enough and has amazing art design around a fairly harmless live service wrapper. I don’t think you should pay money for it, but it will be free to play at some point they say.

I’m probably going to ask for it for my birthday over the summer. Assuming ive gotten through metaphor refantazia and forbidden west by then. None of this weird making a sandwich bigger than my head business, life isnt Scooby-Doo.
Drop Duchy, it’s Tetris mixed with a deck builder. You have to balance making lines to harvest resources with optimally placing military buildings to raise troops to win battles. Resources are used to upgrade your cards which makes it easier to get more resources and raise more troops. You also have to place enemy buildings to prevents them from gaining too much of benefit.
It’s an interesting balancing act with bosses each providing a small or large twist on where you place your blocks.
