So how the fuck is doge getting around the approved budget with appropriated funds? I still don’t get HOW this is happening. It seems surreal, we’re taught in schools how the different branches of government works and these bullshit checks and balances but all it really takes is a president saying “hey do what this guy says” and everything just breaks down?!
