The declaration grants Washington the authority to detain suspected Haitian gang members operating within the U.S. and transfer them to El Salvador’s maximum-security Terrorism Confinement Center. Additionally, the designation opens the door for economic and legal sanctions against individuals or entities providing financial or military support to these groups.
Why not just put out a list of who isn’t a terrorist? It would take less time.

I raise money for a lot of people. That’s what I basically do.” On February 19, 2016, he resigned as a board member from VCS Mining as part of a “restructuring plan” with no disagreement among the parties implied.
