I was recently wondering why the trilinear filtering looked so bad. I guess that explains it.
I’m also happy that the gradient buttons are going away. Not everything needs to be flat, but the gradient just looked bad. And especially with Luanti allowing for lots of different game themes, flat buttons should fit most of them reasonably well.
