this isn’t a broken clock imo, it’s meant to be read as “elon is an insane person who’s making stuff up that he doesn’t believe” and not “elon is a moron who endangered his children/has outed himself as a guy who hangs with and helped elect a pedophile.” in other words, staying close to the maga base. fox news has understandably picked the center fascist position of siding with trump but framing the whole thing as a “petty fight” and not the crash out spectacle that it is.
