A while ago someone posted a blog from a trans person about zoomers and Gen Alpha treating trans people as their gender, while older generations (including millennials) treat trans people as some third gender, but claim to be allies.
I think about that a lot lmao.
Perhaps “trans” can have their own bathrooms, water fountains, and schools too!

It gets dumber, because so few people are trans they won’t even run the categories. There’d be no audience, no sponsors etc.
Segregation is awful, but if the people you’re segregating aren’t a substantial population segregation is defacto erasure.
It is worth saying that this is in the context of telling someone they’re shit for whinging that they lost to a trans woman. She’s probably just being thoughtless but overall seems to think that trans people playing alongside cis people isn’t an issue.
It’s just… yeah. None of us are very good about listening to the people we’re trying to express solidarity with.
