Mind you the only train I am aware of is the one that you have to connect your city to that brings in new families, but there are kids and families and all of them have their own wants out of you as a mayor (not sure if kids can grow up or adults can grow old/die) but it is a very cozy chill gridless city builder that I figured you all might enjoy.
