It does not posit that authoritarianism is good. It claims that every state is authoritarian and that the authority of the state cannot be destroyed without an opposing authority. That one class imposing its will on another through revolution is inherently authoritarian and that’s ok. It also claims that authoritarianism is a nebulous term often used in bad faith by those who do not understand it.
