    Elon could just claim that it wasn’t his sperm that was used, which wouldn’t surprise me in the least

      anytime court cases are made for child support a paternity test must be carried out.

      it’s to absolve the court of any wrongdoing.

      Then that would be a fraud charge against the doctors he paid and would absolutely show he’s not the father(which until then he’d be assumed to be the father and there’d be no debate). So why does SHE want it and not him?

      People are missing my point tho. I’m not talking about the paternity specifically. I’m more intrigued by the possibility that this WASNT another IVF baby because otherwise why care about paternity so much when the default assumption is that if Elon paid for IVF it’s obviously his. You don’t need a paternity test, just a single receipt.

      Really, the only use for a paternity test when IVF is done is to prove that it’s not yours when it was supposed to be.
