Jeder der Fahrerflucht begeht, nimmt entweder bereits an das Opfer getötet zu haben oder nimmt den späteren Tod des Opfers billigend in Kauf. Warum das Fahrverbot nur 3 Jahre und nicht lebenslang gilt, will mir bei solchen Fällen nicht in den Kopf. Das war selbst verschuldet und vermeidbar. So jemand gehört nicht hinters Steuer.
