It’s easier to just say “just because something is legal doesn’t make it okay”.

None of the characters in your post are special characters. It’s not your fault, but I hate when tech folks call stuff like ñ a special character. That’s a real character that a real language uses.
I don’t overthink people’s expressions on trains, nor do I think we should be taking pics of people who look upset because they look upset.
That’s not padding that’s pre!
Sorry, this instance is friends only
No, never bothered. I think it’d be fun to fool around in, but I don’t think it’d be worth the trouble. I don’t even have a way to run VMs set up on any of my computers at the moment so I’d need to download Virtual Box or qemu.
Because a lot of times you specifically want people to know who you are lol.
I thought this was templeos
JackbyDev@programming.devOPto Rimworld@lemmy.world•Caravaning to quests and caravan hitchesEnglish1·2 days agoWhen you do use a hitch though, does it prevent you from leaving or is that just me? But yeah, I’ll try not hitching them next time. I can see something like the reason they don’t unhitch is because they’re treated differently than pen animals when “caravaned” off colony and that also prevents them from randomly wandering off.
JackbyDev@programming.devOPto Rimworld@lemmy.world•Why are colonists getting a smoke leaf addiction when they are allowed one every other day?English1·2 days agoSanity checking, they don’t have chemical interest/fascination trait, right? If they have that they automatically treat it as for recreation (and maybe for addiction too idk).
JackbyDev@programming.devOPto Rimworld@lemmy.world•Caravaning to quests and caravan hitchesEnglish2·2 days agoYeah, I love love love this game, but it’s got a lot of little bugs/quirks/strange UI I’m still getting used to.
I explored around the wrecks.
Total Recall! It’s worth a watch. This shit gives the idea that it’s some sort of space horror movie, it’s not. It’s actually a bit funny at times. I loved it.
I don’t need hints because I’m not playing the game and I’m not planning on continuing. I’d gotten further than you think. But for context I’d already begun to explore the deeper areas when I ran into this conundrum. I built a stupidly long oxygen tube to get down there. I think the game expects you to have the sea moth first. That was one of the first moments I thought something was wrong. Then I think once I got it I couldn’t take it down there without an upgrade because I also didn’t have the moon pool unlocked. You’re talking about life pods, I never had a problem finding life pods. Those were easy and fun. It was going deeper without the sea moth and upgrades that was troublesome.
JackbyDev@programming.devto You Should Know@lemmy.world•YSK: If you set up a Lemmy instance, and follow the Docker setup instructions to the letter, it will send lemmy.ml your admin password during the setup process (Edit: Not anymore, it’s fixed now)English21·2 days agoI’m not saying it’s excusable. I’m saying it’s understandable. The cause of this was essentially a typo. I seriously don’t believe it was intentional. If you have that big of a problem with it, please consider volunteering your time to write some technical documentation for the Lemmy devs.

I don’t think I had scanner room blue print.
JackbyDev@programming.devOPto Rimworld@lemmy.world•Why are colonists getting a smoke leaf addiction when they are allowed one every other day?English9·3 days agoOh dude, what? I just read that on the Wiki. That’s so counterintuitive!
Edit: To be clear, I would’ve expected “for recreation” and “for addiction” to be what to consider using them for and then the schedule to limit it.
It was Maxwell’s demon!
