Natürlich gibt es viel Quatsch, wie “zugelassene Farben der Dachziegeln” und “Außenwände müssen Verklinkert sein”

Das hilft dabei das Landschaftsbild zu erhalten. Das gibts in Tirol und Salzburg teilweise und ich wünschte bei uns in der Gegend auch. Der ganze Dorf charakter geht einfach verloren wenn man 50 neue weiße niedrigenergie Würfel in den Ort stellt.

Sounds like floor heating. Heated Floors don’t really feel warm. They just don’t feel cold. From the temperature experience you are having, this sounds like the most likely case
