If he has viewers willing to watch him on peertube, but they simply can’t and they are forced to watch him on youtube. You can’t build viewers on peertube by waiting for others or not uploading it to it.
That’s basically the case for everbody on youtube going “but there’s nobody on peertube”. Yeah, it’ll probably stay that way if you don’t upload to peertube. That’s a self-fulfilling prophecy.
I never understood pinterest. I think a different interface for https://mastodon.art/ should get you most of the way there. Maybe @curator@mastodon.art has a suggestion.

Amen. I’ve been saying this or a while: stop using the term toxic masculinity! It’s ostracizing men. The left has to stop treating men like the enemy and stop with their purity tests.
Then the left wonders why people aren’t flocking to them. They preach diversity, inclusion, openness, safe space, and so on, but if someone utters a thought that doesn’t fit the narrative you’re a nazi, a misogynist, an enlightened centrist, a capitalist, or whatever else can be thrown at you.
All in all, a great article, but if shared in left-wing circles, there’ll probably a lot of name-calling and jokes about “men are afraid of strong women”, “they’re afraid of losing power”, “see how it feels”, and so on. It’s like people cannot find the empathy in themselves they so loudly call for in others.

Maybe the people writing these apps should get together and make a database that their apps can share somehow. So far they all maintain their own and it seems like a shame.
I don’t drink soda, mostly water or local and imported juices. What are these brands? Where are they from?
People will keep buying. It would be better if they didn’t, but if they did, at least they shouldn’t buy from the enemy.

Maybe it’s about time we have a database of business connections e.g who owns what / what is owned by whom, which companies work together and what their relationships are, where the businesses are headquartered and spread out across the globe, etc.
It doesn’t have to have any agenda, just that data. However it could be used to then have a “boycott” app or something. “I want to boycott FAANG, their subsidiaries, and whichever other companies are owned by their CEOs”. With the app, that should be a simple ask. Or simply “I want to boycott anything Nestlé”.
That’s a pleonasm. Of course he can decide whether he wants to be part of the solution or not.
