“I was thrown in jail for contempt of court twice”
Is that a high bar?
The impression I get from watching SovCits in court is that it’s really hard to do by accident and really easy to do by acting a fool.
Judges will accept A LOT of shit from civilians, and little from attorneys. The average person knows very little about real court, just TV/Movie fake courts, but the attorneys should know better.
If anything, they give way too much leeway for the sovcit shitheads that just enables their bullshit to fester and continue. But once someone does pass that Judge’s tolerance point, there is usually very little leniency.
What in the Ark of the Covenant?
Has anyone heard that of you open the ark of the covenant; pikachu comes out and electrocutes you?
Yes. It happened to me. I am dead now.
PIKA!
So closing my eyes doesn’t work?
This reads like something that Chat GPT would output, were it designed to always output the least likely word each time rather than the most likely.
How true is this? Not at all.
It’s like some demented court stenographer’s horror fanfic.
I got drunk at the bar and passed out.
Does that count?
Can someone enlighten one that is unfamiliar with legal procedure in the USA what is being discussed here?
