I call them Hexbears. They keep throwing rocks at my Honda Civic while im down at the pub

They aren’t predators. They’re foraging omnivores.
These are not exclusive terms.
Predators hunt. Bears don’t. If they come across something edible, they’ll eat it. But they aren’t going to track and kill prey, the way a cougar or wolf does.
Well…with the exception of fish. They’ll scoop fish out of a river all day, if there’s enough of them.
Bears do hunt.
