The tower sets both smoke and fire so they can smoke the bacon and then fry it over the fire.
The higher you fry and smoke, the holier the result, it’s basic religious math!

That’s pretty interesting but I feel like the sleeping quarters and the kitchen probably ought to have a roof or something. Probably for the barn too honestly.
