          We have to remove one of your eyes surgically. Here’s your appointment at your local CVS to receive this operation. I’ve let them know that an eye needs to be removed. They will know which eye based on your request. You said you received an extra earphone with your IEM purchase and did not known what to do with the extra ear piece. Once the eye socket has healed, you can insert the ear piece there. Alternatively you may choose one of two nose holes or orally.         There’s lots of regulation in this area. You can’t legally just give medical advice and then say “but consult a doctor” at the end. Same as you can’t give legal advice and say “but consult an attorney” at the end.

              Is it a corporation, or will it be blamed on just the mistake of an AI, or something else? I don’t trust society’s track record for holding corporations accountable.

                Society doesn’t have to. Medical malpractice is a huge industry that individuals are often involved in. There’s already case precedent for this sort of thing.

      That’s the beauty of it! You can’t! AI can’t commit malpractice, because you have to prove professional negligence! /s
