But it also sells globally, has offices everywhere and it is owned by people in different countries. So is Nestlé a european company with this shareholder structure?

Most countries have rules in place about how many hours a driver is allowed to drive without a break. It’s “after 4,5h, make a 45 min pause” here in Germany, which at 80km/h or 100km/h max for buses gives you a range of 360km - 450km, which is totally fine with current technology. Where are you based? There should be a local alternative available in your local supermarket. Just try them out and maybe search who is producing them where. Please don’t start to import cola from other countries as everything has to be trucked around and nothing good will come from someone in Spain drinking Cola produced in Norway.

(This is actually something Coca Cola is doing good: They are shipping only the sirup and use local companies to bottle it in order to reduce transportation costs)

Das hängt echt vom Unterstützungsmodus ab. Wenn du voll aufdrehst, trittst du nicht wirklich in die Pedale, sondern machst nur so Alibi-Bewegungen ohne dass sich dein Puls erhöht. Im Ausland sind ja auch Gashebel erlaubt (was wir auch machen sollten) und irgendwo müsstest du daher auch Reichweitenzahlen ohne Treten finden

Ich kann grundsätzlich eh empfehlen, Dinge aktiver anzugehen. Ja, es ist alles gerade schrecklich. Ja, es passieren schlimme Dinge. Aber man fühlt sich halt doch gleich besser, wenn man aktiv ein paar dieser Themen angeht. Sich einen Nachmittag mit der eigenen IT-Infrastruktur beschäftigt und ein paar Dinge umzieht und aus den USA abzieht. Wenn man sich mal ein paar Alternativen anschaut statt einfach weiter von Microsoft gekocht zu werden. Dann bastelt man mal mit Linux statt den ganzen Windows-Mist grummelnd mitzumachen

Puh. Ich frage mich echt, wie dieses Verhältnis überhaupt repariert werden kann. Selbst wenn dann in 4 Jahren wieder die Demokraten an die Regierung kommen sollten, was schon arg unrealistisch ist, oder auch in 8 oder 12 Jahren. Selbst wenn Trump irgendwann tot ist - es gibt dann immer noch die harte und große MAGA-Basis, die MAGA-Propagandamedien und die Chancen, dass dann ein demokratischer Präsident oder ein anderer republikanischer Präsident den Karren aus dem Dreck ziehen kann, sind gering. Und die Chancen, dass die MAGA-Basis dann so bröckelt, dass nicht immer das Damoklesschwert einer weiteren Präsidentschaft der Wahnsinnigen über den USA steht, sind gering. Du kannst halt kein Vertrauen aufbauen, wenn die Nazis immer wieder maximal 4 Jahre und eine Wahl von der Regierung entfernt sind

You might want to read a little bit about Axel Springer - they’ve bought Politico a while ago and I’m not reading it, because it is owned by them. Might be that they haven’t been gutted totally, but I know what they are putting out here in Germany and how they are meddeling in german politics. The recent elections really saw hardcore anti-migrant headlines from them.
